As we prepare to open our doors, we're building a passionate team and we’re looking for an organised & proactive Stores Executive to support our day-to-day operations.
ROLE
You’ll oversee daily stock control, supplier coordination, & inventory systems to ensure smooth kitchen & service operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Receive, inspect & store all incoming stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage stock rotation & minimise wastage
- Coordinate with suppliers & kitchen team
- Ensure cleanliness & organisation of storage areas
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a stores or inventory role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Experience & familiarity in operating an inventory management system
- Strong attention to detail & organisation
- Reliability & a proactive attitude
