As we prepare to open our doors, we’re building a passionate team and we’re looking for an organised & proactive Accounts & HR Executive to support our day-to-day operations.

ROLE

This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and being a key support in a pre-opening hospitality business. You’ll manage accounting tasks, HR administration, and support the leadership team to ensure the operations run smoothly & efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable & bank reconciliations
  • Process payroll, and staff onboarding off boarding documentation
  • Manage employee records
  • Assist with budgeting, costing, reporting & cash flow tracking
  • Liaise with external accountant/book-keeper
  • Support recruitment processes & team communications
  • Work towards creating a positive team culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in an Accounts or HR/Admin role (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A team player with a proactive & positive attitude
