As we prepare to open our doors, we’re building a passionate team & we are looking for an operations manager to help bring this vision to life.

ROLE

You’ll oversee all daily operations, from team management and scheduling to customer experience and overall coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and excited to help shape a new venue.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Manage Front of House (FOH) & Back of House (BOH) operations
  • Lead recruitment, training & rostering
  • Ensure top-tier service standards
  • Oversee Inventory Management, HR & basic financials

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The role requires a strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or café management experience in a luxury, upscale setting.

  • Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
  • A calm, professional presence in a fast-paced setting
  • Pre-opening experience & familiarity with Asian-inspired dining will be a bonus
