Job Profile

  • Handle dealer inquiries, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update Security Channel Dealer Files.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Oversee the CCTV Dealer Management System & Mobile App Backend Operations.
  • Monitor dealer engagement and coordinate promotional campaigns.
  • Support sales review meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Personal Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A background in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
