ASSISTANT (Human Resources & Administration)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
  • Help organize training and development programs
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (internships count!)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
