Front Office Executive (Colombo 1)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Prior experience in finance-related tasks will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • A friendly, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and maintain office records.
  • Manage and process Container deposit refunds of the Company.
