Front Office Executive (Colombo 1)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in finance-related tasks will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
- Assist in administrative tasks and maintain office records.
- Manage and process Container deposit refunds of the Company.
