QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities
- Prepare monitor bill of quantities (BOQ), Price adjustments, estimations, cost analysis, tendering.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage procurement activities, including maintaining trackers and coordination with procurement and finance teams.
- Attend site meetings and project reviews, work and ensure project costs are effectively tracked and controlled.
- Support procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost align with approved allocations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on cost forecasting, budget adjustments, and overall project financial health.
Requirements
- Age Between 25 – 35
- Male
- Experience: BSc (QS) - 3 years or HND (QS) - 5 years or equal qualification.
- AutoCAD Knowledge added advantage.
- Be willing to travel to Projects.
- Location: Pannipitiya.
