Food & Beverage Operations Manager
We are looking for a F&B Operations Manager to join Soneva Secret Resort
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel/resort
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining, wines and beverages
- Passion for organic sourcing techniques and zero-waste operations
- Ability to interact with guests from around the world, while managing a multicultural team efficiently
- Prior experience working on an island, or a remote setup is essential
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, guest relations, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an advantage
