Residential Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Manager to lead the operations of our exclusive 7-room luxury boutique property in Tangalle. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to manage and enhance the guest experience at our exquisite property.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or boutique property.
- A degree or professional qualification in hospitality from a recognized university/institute will be an added advantage.
- Age below 50 years.
- Operate the hotel efficiently and provide exceptional guest satisfaction while managing the hotel team daily.
- Build relationships with guests and use feedback to improve service standards.
- Ability to function effectively and independently in a challenging environment.
- Overlooking purchases and liaise with hotel suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with travel agents and booking agents.
- Maintain the property’s high cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambiance standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
