PHARMACIST
- SLMC Registered Qualified Pharmacists
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy, hospital.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology and drug interactions.
- Knowledge of prescriptions, dosage, and pharmaceutical ethics.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medication.
- Ability to work in shifts (Day/Night)
MEDICAL OFFICER
- MBBS degree from a recognized university or medical college
- Must be registered with the Medical Council of Sri Lanka (SLMC)
- Minimum 1-3 years of post-intern experience
- Clinical diagnosis and treatment expertise
- Knowledge of emergency care, general medicine, and patient handling
- Proficiency in maintaining patient records and prescriptions
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and medical ethics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts/rounds
- Willingness to be on call (if required)
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach
CHIEF NURSING OFFICER
- SLMC Registered Qualified Nursing Officer with Post Basic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and patient care standards
- Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff
- Good communication, empathy, and crisis management
- Ability to manage nursing schedules and duties
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with medical regulations
- Willingness to work in shifts or take emergency calls, if needed
