JOB SUMMARY
The Textile Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all textile products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. This role involves implementing and maintaining quality control systems, monitoring production activities, conducting inspections, and working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in textile quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with textile production processes and industry standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of textile materials, testing procedures, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific certifications.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as microscopes, testers, and measurement instruments.
- Analytical skills to interpret test results and identify trends or issues.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write reports and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
