JOB PROFILE:
- Responsible for the After-Sales function and to manage the whole workshop operations.
- Be customer-centric by focusing on service delivery standards and facilitating increased patronage.
- Prepare the monthly/annual budgets and rollover strategic plans in line with audit requirements.
- Ensure the Service Department is compliance with the company business goals and policies.
- Accountable to map all service processes and identify the possible measures to reduce costs and maximize the profitability on the service business.
- Lead and drive the service team to reduce the bottlenecks by conducting comprehensive service related trainings, and enhance the productivity of the team.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
- Professional qualifications in Management or Automobile Engineering are a must (Degree or equivalent qualification).
- Should have minimum 05 years of experience in an automobile environment, ideally in a Managerial grade.
- Excellent computer literate with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment, and competency in workshop management.
- Should below 35 years of age and, Male candidates are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills with problem solving skills. Target oriented and good leadership skills.
- Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment.
- Should be able to work with multiple operative functions to support the entire team.
