About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct on-site solar assessments and technical evaluations.
- Provide technical support for solar panels and inverter installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the solar system.
- Assist in designing and optimizing solar energy solutions based on site requirements.
- Educate clients on system operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and proposals as required.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the solar energy sector.
- Outgoing personality with willingness to engage in frequent field visits.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is required; fluency in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
- Academic or professional qualifications in electrical and electronic engineering.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including technical knowledge of solar panels and inverters.
