Service Advisors - Automotive Service Operations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries.
- Welcome customers and explain work upon collection.
- Update customers on vehicle progress and follow up on quotes.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Issue invoices, collect payments, and deliver vehicles to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and order parts as needed.
- Respond to calls, complete paperwork, and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Ensure vehicles are clean upon delivery and describe services performed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi-brand workshop out of which a minimum of 2 years should be as a Service Advisor.
- A degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.
- Should possess a valid driving license.
- Good command in Sinhala & English languages.
- Progressive & Positive attitude.
- Good communication skills & customer oriented.
