Role: Production Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager specializing in chocolate, wafer biscuits production and knowledge of packing line machinery to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to streamline operations.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales plan.
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of production machinery to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Perform machinery troubleshooting to address any technical issues promptly and minimize downtime in production processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Production, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food production.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve production goals.
- Flexibility to work half-day Saturdays and extended hours as needed to meet production demands.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
