BUSINESS MANAGER- J & J (MEDICAL DEVICES)

The Business Manager is responsible for delivering the overall business results in the assigned principal agency/agencies whilst, developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives in line with the strategic business plan. He/she will be responsible to ensure YOY growth of the assigned products/brands and initiate appropriate interventions based on the competitive market trends. The ideal candidate should possess previous experience the Medical Devices business and have in-depth knowledge in managing key industry stakeholders. He/she will work to develop long-term positive stakeholder relationships aimed at fulfilling expectations and building confidence as a preferred solution provider.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Professional qualification or Degree in Marketing or MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on medical devices
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Strong communication skills spoken and written
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of customer orientation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in leading and managing teams
  • Ability to be competitive in the fast paced and changing business environment with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
