We are Looking for an EXECUTIVE CHEF
As Executive Chef you will play a key role in shaping the dining experience for our guests, curating menus, managing kitchen operations and building a talented team to deliver exceptional cuisines to our newest pre-opening property in Rajagiriya.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar capacity at a reputed star class hotel/Restaurant
- International experience would be an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a workforce
- Food costing and revenue management skills
- Good Communication skills in English and Sinhalese
- A passion for delivering exceptional level of service and ability to work autonomously
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Asian Cuisine preparation also added advantage
