Customer Service Executive – Full-Time (Females Only)

Technolanka Computer Services (Pvt) Ltd is hiring Customer Service Executives (Female) for our call center based in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka. We are a UK-based telecommunication company, and this role requires you to work from our office at 136/22, Mahabodhi Mawatha, Kadawatha. If you have previous experience in customer service or sales and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity for you!

Job Details:

  • Position: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)
  • Work Location: Office-based role at 136/22, Mahabodhi Mawatha, Kadawatha
  • Work Days: 5.5 days per week
  • Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (100% proficiency in spoken and written English)
  • Age: 18 – 30 years
  • Experience in a client-facing role (customer service or sales experience is mandatory)
  • Excellent phone manners (professional, polite, and friendly)
  • Organized, methodical, and responsible work ethic
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
