VLanka Travels is seeking an Inbound Tour Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound tours and travel arrangements, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This position requires someone who is passionate about travel, has a strong understanding of destinations, and provides personalized service to meet diverse client needs.
REQUIREMENT:
- Manage inbound tours and travel arrangements for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends.
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure all travel needs are met.
- Stay informed about the latest tourism trends and attractions.
- Coordinate travel logistics and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound tour management or travel coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Knowledge of current tourism trends and attractions.
- Willingness to commute to the office in Thalawathugoda.
- IATA certification (preferred).
