Your Impact as the Finance Consultant

Job Scope: Finance Consultant (Part Time)

  • Position: Finance Consultant
  • Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Guide the company through financial risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
  • Liaise with investors, banks, and key stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop internal finance team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / CPA or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior finance roles
  • Proven track record as a CFO or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in construction is an advantage
