Marketing Executive
Industry: Flooring
Location: Colombo
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and represent the company at client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
- Provide timely reports on marketing activities and sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop promotional material and campaigns.
- Negotiate with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or part qualifications in Sales/Marketing (CIM, SLIM, BSc in Marketing/Sales, or any equivalent professional qualification).
- Experience in sales/marketing within the construction, architectural, and interior design products and services is an added advantage.
- Results-oriented team player with a flair to inspire and lead others.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
