FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - KANDY

We are looking for an energetic seasonal individual with good leadership skills who can be overall in charge of the Finance, HR, Administration and MIS functions based in Kandy. The Developer of Dynasty Residence is a foreign party.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Budget Planning
  • Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts with month end closing
  • Preparation of key management reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis on timely manner
  • Timely completion of Internal & External Annual Audits
  • Developing Business Plans & Proposals
  • Having a background in the Hotel Sector or Residential/Serviced apartments operations is plus
  • Having experience in measure effectiveness & efficiency of the operational process & finding ways to improve the same
  • High level of experience in employee development, motivational and team building skills at all levels

Skills and Attributes:

  • Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA or any other equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations & procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • 7+ years of proven working experience in a similar capacity
  • Exposure to tax and filing the tax returns
  • Must have excellent background in MIS and fluent in English, both spoken & written very much essential
  • Experience in Mergers and acquisitions
  • Highly skilled in collaborative stakeholder management at all levels
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and must be familiar with ERP packages and MS Office packages (Exposure to QuickBooks is a must)
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource policies & procedures plus employee performance management systems

Attractive remuneration package

Attractive remuneration package which will include performance bonuses commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the right candidate. Age Requirement – Below 50 years.
