We are looking for a Quality Executive to join our dynamic team and if you have a passion for supply chain management and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be Delivery and incoming raw materials
- Take a thorough look at the plans and specifications to understand the product requirements
- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest
- Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions.
- Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor.
- Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Quality management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 03 years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication skills with both English and Sinhala.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Age preferably between 30-50 years.
- Having experience with an ERP system will be beneficial.
- Currently working in printing industry is an added advantage.
