Join the “Salt Water Surf Camp” Team in Arugam Bay
Salt Water Surf Camp is a newly built guest house nestled in the heart of Arugam Bay, offering unique experiences through accommodation, surf training, yoga sessions, food & beverages, and exciting safari tours. We’re officially launching in May 2025 and are on the lookout for energetic, passionate, and skilled individuals to join our founding team!
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Guest House Manager
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or guest house management
- Excellent communication in English to deal with international guests
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle bookings, staff, and day-to-day operations
- Professional qualifications in hotel management or tourism (preferred)
Chef
- 1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Must be able to prepare local and international dishes
- Creative, clean, and efficient work style
- Ability to manage kitchen inventory and staff
- English understanding is essential; formal culinary qualifications are a plus
Bar Man
- 1–2 years of bar experience in a hotel, restaurant, or resort
- Knowledge of preparing cocktails and beverages
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours
- Team player with a passion for hospitality
