Nara Thai, known for its authentic Thai cuisine and outstanding dining experience, is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR: (MALE/ FEMALE)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Overseeing and supporting restaurant staff daily to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of Supervisory experience in dining and country cuisine.
- Professional qualifications in food & beverage from a recognized hospitality institution (preferred).
RESTAURANT CREW (FOH/BOH): (MALE/ FEMALE)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in a reputable restaurant.
- Ability to work as a team player and in fast-paced environment.
- Age below 30 years.
- Preferably from Colombo or the suburbs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
