We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individuals with a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, and excellent technical skills to join us at our manufacturing facility at BOI Zone, Horana.
Vacancy: Technicians - Electrical/Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of machine maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep, with the support of existing technicians.
- Attend to breakdowns promptly to ensure production schedules are not disrupted.
- Follow established procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Update and maintain all relevant documents and records related to machines and tools.
- Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Basic Qualification and Requirements
- Qualified in G.C.E. O/L or A/L and completed NVQ Level 03 or an equivalent qualification related to Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Must be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours.
