EXECUTIVE - HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Managing the personal files of employees.
- Oversee exit processes, maintain the attrition database, and finalize related documentation.
- Support the completion of the probation process in alignment with company policies.
- Prepare and submit timely management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or any related professional qualification in HRM.
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
