POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Executive in the Retail Fashion industry is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and align with customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Apparel Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and fashion quality standards.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, AQL, or other garment certification processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with multiple teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working with fashion brands, garment manufacturing, or retail companies.
- Knowledge of fashion-specific testing techniques (e.g. color matching, fabric durability).
- Familiarity with using quality control software or systems.
- Certification in quality management or assurance is a plus.
