POSITION: COSMECEUTICAL SCIENTIST
NutriBioCare (Pvt) Ltd is an emerging, innovation-driven company engaged in the manufacturing of Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals from Natural products. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to take a leading role in managing our state-of-the-art cosmetic manufacturing facility in Kuliapitiya.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop innovative cosmetic and cosmeceutical formulations.
- Engage in Factory design and development activities.
- Prepare and maintain essential production documentation including BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPRs (Batch Packing Records), and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and online documentation standards.
- Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with the supply schedule.
- Execute validation protocols for machinery, equipment, and processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency across machinery, materials, and manpower based on industry best practices.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance on the shop floor, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, for documentation, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A strong background in cosmetic science, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in formulation development and production in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of GMP, quality systems, and production documentation.
- Proactive, quality-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent command of English and strong attention to detail.
