CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE - DELKANDA OFFICE

Are you passionate about fashion and love helping people? GFlok, Sri Lanka’s leading fashion retailer, is looking for a dynamic Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on products, orders and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries with a positive and professional approach.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • G.C.E Advanced Level or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
  • Proven experience in customer service is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Social Media Platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A friendly and empathetic personality with a customer-oriented focus
