We are hiring an experienced and highly competent Planning Engineer for our MFC Building Project.
This is a critical role requiring a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage time, resources, and problem-solving in dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure timely project execution.
- Analyze project progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Identify potential delays and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Have good on-site work experience; building work experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects as a Planning Engineer.
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction workflows.
- Ability to adapt quickly to project demands and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
