MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (MLT) FULL-TIME
SUMMARY
Wish Fertility Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our growing healthcare team. If you have hands-on experience in medical laboratory operations and hold a valid MLT license, we would love to hear from you.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Valid MLT license from a recognized authority.
- Strong understanding of laboratory instruments and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples.
- Maintain accuracy and reliability in testing procedures.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Adhere to quality control protocols and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely delivery of test results.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities.
