We are expanding our Project Sales Division and are on the lookout for energetic, self-driven individuals to take on exciting sales roles across various engineering solution areas. Open Positions:

  • Sales Engineer – HVAC

    You will be responsible for managing project-based HVAC sales from lead identification to closure. This includes engaging with consultants and project stakeholders, understanding technical requirements, proposing appropriate solutions, and coordinating internally to ensure timely delivery and execution.

  • Sales Engineer – MEP

    Your role will involve promoting and handling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and consultants to interpret project requirements, offer tailored engineering solutions, and support the full sales cycle through detailed proposals and post-sales coordination.

  • Sales Executive – Generators

    This role focuses on identifying potential generator sales opportunities, visiting project sites, and engaging with clients to understand their needs. You’ll provide product presentations, support design and specifications, and follow up on leads, quotations, and project updates, maintaining strong relationships throughout.

  • Sales Executive – Laundry

    As a sales executive, you'll support the promotion and sales of laundry equipment solutions. Responsibilities include client meetings, understanding project needs, coordinating demonstrations or proposals, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to secure projects and support execution.

Common Qualifications:

  • Age: Below 40 years
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Willingness to travel and visit project sites when required
  • A strong sense of accountability and drive to meet sales targets

Additional Requirements by Role Type:

  • Sales Engineers:

    • A Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines)
    • Prior experience in technical or project-based sales
    • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications
    • Confidence in engaging with consultants, engineers, and project decision-makers
  • Sales Executives:

    • A Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Technical/Vocational Training
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer handling, preferably with a technical product
    • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
