URGENT Position for: Junior Maintenance Engineer
Barrington Global (Pvt) Ltd is A BOI Registered Property Development Company into the Construction of Semi Luxury Condominiums. We need to fill the following immediate position for our residential Tower located at Galle Road Dehiwela:
JUNIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:
- HND or equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience
Equipment List to be Maintained:
Should be able to deal with all first level diagnostic process with regards to:
- Passenger Lifts
- Car Lifts
- INTERCOM System
- CCTV Cameras
- Generator
- JINASENA Water pumps
- SOLEK Fire – Sprinkler pumps
- Fire extinguishers
- Sprinklers
- Smoke & Heat detectors
etc. and coordinate with the suppliers to attend for the service calls and repair / Fix.
Requirements:
- Should have the capability to deal with basic plumbing & Electrical Issues, basic understanding of civil matters will be an advantage
- Fresher’s with NDT, HNDE, or equivalent qualifications are also encouraged to apply. (No experience required)
- Motor Bike riding license will be an advantage as a company Motor bike is available for official works
Qualifications & Skills
- HND or equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Package and Auto Cad will be an advantage
- A good written and verbal communication skill in English and Sinhalese - Tamil is an advantage.
- Team Player with good sense of coordination and Interpersonal skills
