Available Positions
- 1. Sous Chef (1 Position)
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Oversee and train kitchen staff.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- 2. Commi 1, 2, 3 (Multiple Positions)
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure ingredients are properly prepped and stored.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- 3. Stewards
- Provide excellent service to guests in our restaurant.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- 4. Room Boys (Multiple Positions)
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure guest amenities are replenished.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
