Administration & Human Resources (Remote)

What You Will Do

  • Recruitment (Post Vacancies, CV Screening, Interviews).
  • Assist in the Planning and Preparation of Meetings, Conferences and Various Events of the Company.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with External Couriers.
  • Maintain Employee Records.
  • Maintain a Registry of All Company’s Contacts and Communication with External Vendors and Service Providers.
  • Execute Payments and Draft Invoices.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Travel Itineraries, Including the Issuance of Visas and Booking of Travel and Accommodation.

What You Are Good At (REQUIREMENTS)

  • University degree in Human Resources, Office Administration or any other related field.
  • At least 1 Year of Experience in a Similar Position.
  • Responsive and professional in respect to appearance, behaviour and conduct.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Organized, methodological with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English & Sinhala Language.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
