Administration & Human Resources (Remote)
What You Will Do
- Recruitment (Post Vacancies, CV Screening, Interviews).
- Assist in the Planning and Preparation of Meetings, Conferences and Various Events of the Company.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with External Couriers.
- Maintain Employee Records.
- Maintain a Registry of All Company’s Contacts and Communication with External Vendors and Service Providers.
- Execute Payments and Draft Invoices.
- Assist in the Preparation of Travel Itineraries, Including the Issuance of Visas and Booking of Travel and Accommodation.

What You Are Good At (REQUIREMENTS)
- University degree in Human Resources, Office Administration or any other related field.
- At least 1 Year of Experience in a Similar Position.
- Responsive and professional in respect to appearance, behaviour and conduct.
- Demonstrates a high degree of interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized, methodological with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English & Sinhala Language.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
