Tele Sales Agent / Call center
Are you a persuasive and target-oriented communicator ready to make an impact in sales? Expo Ceylon is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, following up on leads, and converting prospects into sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping and Sales Target Achievement.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 passes of A/L in any subject stream.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil will be an added advantage.
