Maitland and Knox Heritage Hotel Manage three luxury boutique hotels “The Galle Fort Hotel”, “Thotalagala Bungalow” and “The Warden’s House” which are some of island's best boutique hotels with a deft combination of history, luxury and serenity.

The Warden’s House is a four-suite luxury safari lodge with the Menik River bordering the property.

CHEF DE PARTIE – HOT KITCHEN

CHEF DE PARTIE – PASTRY

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
  • Maintain consistency and adhere to restaurant standards
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and overall kitchen cleanliness
  • Assist in menu planning and food costing
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations

Prerequisites:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for culinary excellence and keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • For Chef de Partie – Pastry: Expertise in pastry, baking, and dessert plating
