Requirements
- Minimum 05 years of Branch experience as a Branch Manager with a proven track record in managing branch and its business.
- Be a resilient leader to lead and achieve overall business targets of the branch including capture of new businesses.
- Academic / Professional experience in the field of Marketing, banking & Finance from a recognized institution.
- High level of computer literacy.
Job Profile
- Sustain branch profitability and growth by achieving individual and branch team targets on Fixed Deposits, Leasing and Loans.
- Identify potential customers and enhance the quality of client portfolio by maintaining strong and healthy relationships.
- Recommend facilities while ensuring the required credit and documentation standards of the company.
- Handling all the operational and administrative activities of the branch and complying with the regulatory framework.
- Manage the branch whilst ensuring the development of team Performance.
- Ensure prompt recovery of the branch Portfolio to maintain Credit Quality.
