Scope of the Role

This role is responsible for executing the business strategy of Ecocycle while exploring new business segments, in liaison with the Ecocycle sales and operational teams. Execute strategic projects on new segments, in line with the business strategy and lead feasibility studies on identified strategic projects, new business opportunities and lead the CAPEX Project cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Assuring safety and environmental compliance and legal compliance at INSEE Ecocycle.
  • Responsible for planning of new business opportunities for Ecocycle & new product development.
  • CAPEX planning and project management support.
  • Responsible for sourcing service provider identification, operation design, sales plan development and execution, pricing analysis and profitability and revenue assurance.
  • Business process re-engineering and systems and process development for business sustainability.
  • Responsible for new business channel developments aligning to the business plan.
  • Team management, development and support with General management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management/ Engineering or a Professional qualification in Management/ Project Management.
  • At least 6+ years’ experience in technical/ commercial/ operations/ business development functions in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong business knowledge, technical & safety knowledge, and strong knowledge of industry trends and evolution.
  • Project management skills, marketing and communication skills, analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, Ability to develop effective networks with relevant internal & external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with strong customer orientation, tact and tenacity and results oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated initiative and independence (self-starter), lateral thinking ability and drive for innovation.
