Telemarketing Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers to introduce products
- Clearly and effectively explaining the features, benefits, and value of the products
- Handling customer inquiries
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information
- Following up with potential customers to nurture leads
- Work collaboratively with other team members
Required Qualifications
- Certificate course in Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing / business development (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
- Fluent in Sinhala & English (Fluency in Tamil language would be an added advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of computer literacy
