Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries and complaints for the Masterstrokes program.
  • Conduct outbound calls for clarifications, complaint resolutions, and data collection.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Telecom Partners, and IT for issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to exchange critical data (e.g., bank details, surveys, documents).
  • Oversee participant registration and ensure accurate record-keeping for all activities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Tamil and/or Sinhala is required.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
