Food Studio gave Sri Lanka its first ever Food Atrium in a bid to change the city’s landscape and culinary culture. Located in Sri Lanka as the food courts at all 3 of Sri Lanka’s largest international scale malls – Colombo City Centre, One Galle Face and the Havelock City Mall, our culinary expertise spans across Asia, connecting and collaborating with international and local stakeholders, resulting in eclectic and diverse dining experiences that are fast becoming a model of F&B development to follow.
STEWARD
We are on the lookout for Stewards to join our team to ensure the smooth operations of our 30+ outlet kitchens with emphasis on assisting Chefs when necessary, including buzzing tables, adhering to all sanitation guidelines, clearing cutlery/crockery and collecting and removing waste from all areas of the operation. Candidates should be able to independently handle dishwashing and maintain cleanliness in all outlets and in the dining area.
