Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - FD Marketing
Join our team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - FD Marketing and play a key role in driving fund mobilization. We seek a dynamic professional with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or fund mobilization within banking, finance, or insurance. The ideal candidate should have passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L, possess strong English and Sinhala communication skills, and demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities. A qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) or Banking and proficiency in MS Office are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Promote fixed deposits and savings products
- Identify new market segments
- Manage deposit portfolios
- Secure funds from high-net-worth individuals and the public
- Assess local market conditions
- Identify opportunities, meet targets, and build strong stakeholder relationships
