Positions:

  • Assistant Human Resources Manager

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Priority will be given to Maldivians.
