In Sri Lanka FLINTEC employs under European management a team in excess of 900 people in most modern facilities in EPZs in Katunayake & Koggala, dedicated to highest quality work and great ambition to support the expansion of our business.
We are looking for an individual with good interpersonal skills to be a team player with high level of energy & enthusiasm for the post of;
Maintenance Engineer (Koggala)
Qualifications Required:
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic streams).
- Have at least 4-5 years of work experience in similar capacity in similar environment.
- Should have a good knowledge on Mechanical, Electrical, Central AC & Chillers, Pneumatic and PLC related expertise.
- Be conversant in modern Engineering practices with keen interest for innovations & renovations focusing on continuous improvements.
- Lead the troubleshooting of the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic malfunctions of machinery and equipment.
- Very good understanding of engineering drawings, principles, and computer software capability on AutoCAD, Solid work, MS office etc..
- Plan and follow up on the adherence level of all preventive maintenance activities, CBM, TPM, Facility Maintenance and project planning & execution.
- Review all the spare part types and their stock balance to secure maintenance activities over the year.
- Demonstrate Leadership qualities to guide experienced team of technicians.
- Ability to work under pressure & manage a varied workload.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Should have a knowledge of health and safety legislations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Selected candidates will be based in Maintenance Department at Koggala facility. But they should be willing to work in any of the local or foreign facilities of the alliance depend on work requirements. Preference given to the candidates those who are close proximity in southern province.
Whilst guaranteeing a friendly working atmosphere, attractive salaries will be paid to the selected candidates commensurate with qualification and experience which is negotiable.
