Sales Manager - Perodua (Branch Operations)
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and team development? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our branch operations. This individual will be responsible for the overall operations, including sales, administration and all related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the overall operations of the Perodua branches, ensuring efficient sales performance and smooth administrative processes.
- Lead, motivate and manage branch staff.
- Develop sales plans and activities to achieve the set objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Groom, train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and develop their careers within the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- Full or partial qualification in CIM/SLIM.
- Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing/Administration from a recognized institution, or relevant work-related courses of local or international acclaim would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 03 - 04 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving and analytical skills.
