We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our HR team and support our daily operations with energy and commitment:

HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties with enthusiasm and attention to detail
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (including employee personal data, attendance records & payroll records)
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and providing all necessary data on time
  • Address and manage employee complaints and grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Currently following or completed a degree or relevant qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR functions within the manufacturing sector
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and employment equity regulations
  • Effective HR administration, people management, and time management skills
  • Exposure to payroll practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & HRIS
  • A positive mindset with the flexibility to adapt to challenging and evolving work environments
  • Male candidates only
