The Person
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong command of written English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
- Excellent creative writing and conceptual thinking skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in service or automotive industries
The Job
- Develop ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, digital posts, advertisements, newsletters, and internal communications
- Write clear, creative, and engaging content aligned with the brand tone and marketing plan
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to guide visual content production
- Plan content calendars based on marketing priorities and seasonal campaigns
- Support in analyzing content performance and recommend improvements
