Human Resources Manager
Location: Colombo 03 (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, leave, benefits, and employee documentation
- Handle employee relations and foster a productive and engaging work environment
- Collaborate with leadership on performance management and workforce planning
